Attention, department heads and heads of medical institutions!

Today, starting at 14:30, representatives from the State Service for Supervision of Medical Activity and Social Protection of the Population will visit the departments of the "Shifobakhsh" National Medical Center of the Republic of Tajikistan as part of a scheduled inspection. To this end, all department heads and managers of relevant units must prepare and submit the following documents: 1. The annual activity report for the department for 2025; 2. The activity report for the department for the first 9 months of 2026; 3. The department’s work plan for 2026; 4. The regulations governing the department; 5. All patient medical records and related clinical documentation, which must be complete, accurate, and maintained in accordance with established requirements. Furthermore, department heads are required to ensure the overall readiness of their departments, the proper state of documentation, and the correct storage of medical records. They must also provide all necessary assistance during the visit by the Service’s representatives. Compliance with this requirement is urgent; the responsibility for preparing and submitting the necessary documentation rests solely with the department heads. We expect a high level of responsibility and request that these documents be prepared without delay.
